I established a home design company in 1985 and throughout the years have enjoyed
Designing the following:

* Investor Speculative Homes
* Additions to existing residences
* Remodels

I have interacted with numerous cliental, such as home owners, contractors and developers in the design and plan document process. Some of the cities I have designed in are as follows:

San Diego County: Rancho Santa Fe, La Jolla, Carlsbad, Oceanside, Fallbrook, Encinitas, Cardiff, Solana Beach

Riverside County: Temecula, Murrieta, Lake Elsinore

I have incorporated many different types of material in the overall design of the homes such as, Wood framing, Steel framing, Concrete block, (ICF) Insulated Concrete Forms.
